NEAT CUTTING OIL’S are high performance neat cutting oils based on premium quality hydro
cracked base oils and a balanced combination of EP additives comprising non-active sulfurized
fats, lubricity improvers, oxidation & corrosion inhibitors. Thisoil Meets the requirements IS:
3065 specification.
These oils are clear & nearly transparent, sulfur inactive neat cutting fluids which are effective
even if used in older machines and in situations where contamination with hydraulic / lubricating
oil is inevitable.
SNEAT CUTTING OIL’S are suitable for cutting operations under extreme pressure conditions at
low / medium temperatures and with high feed rate, under low speed.
These oils: –
- have acceptable odour and skin compatibility
- are non-corrosive and non-staining to both ferrous & non-ferrous metals
- would offer improved surface finish and extended tool and die life
- would resist objectionable oil misting & would be ideal grade for rationalization
